Meet the Founder
Alice Ding
Alice Ding-Kuo, the visionary behind i-Immersion, holds a joint degree in MBA Operations Management and a Masters of Education Leadership, along with a B.A. in Legal Studies from UC Berkeley. A certified life coach specializing in parent coaching and small business development, Alice has dedicated her career to empowering educators, families, and communities.

Through her experience as a program consultant for school districts and private institutions, Alice has pioneered innovative education programs and financial planning initiatives that support families' broader life goals.

Founded in 2008 as a small tutoring space, i-Immersion has evolved into a comprehensive educational and financial empowerment organization. Starting with a focus on language immersion, we quickly grew to integrate broader learning experiences that connect language with culture, personal growth, and community well-being.
