  • How do you ensure the safety of the children in your care?
    The safety and well-being of your child are our top priorities. We maintain a secure and clean environment in a gated facility, adhere to health and safety guidelines, and closely supervise all activities. Our experienced caregivers are trained in CPR and First Aid.
  • What are your operating hours?
    Our operating hours are Monday through Friday, from 8am to 6pm. We do not offer early-care or after-hour outside of those hours.
  • What ages of children do you care for?
    We welcome children of various ages, typically ranging from infants to preschoolers (3 months - 3 years). Our mix-age environment promotes social interaction and learning opportunities for children of different developmental stages.
  • What is your curriculum like?
    We offer a balanced, play-based curriculum tailored to the individual needs and interests of the children in our care. Our curriculum includes age-appropriate activities, outdoor play, art, storytelling, and more.
  • Is there a structured nap time and meal time?
    Yes, we provide a structured daily schedule and includes nap time and nutritious meals and snacks. Consistent routines help children feel secure and comfortable.
  • How do you handle discipline in your childcare program?
    We use positive discipline techniques that focus on teaching appropriate behavior, setting clear expectations, and using age-appropriate consequences when necessary. Some examples of positive disciplinary techniques include redirection, praise and positive reinforcement, time-outs, discussions, and problem-solving activities to address behavior concerns.
  • What is your daily routine like for infants?
    Our daily routine for infants includes feeding, diapering, napping, and age-appropriate sensory and developmental activities. We tailor our schedule to align with your baby's natural rhythm.
  • Do you have safe sleep policy for infants?
    Yes, we follow safe sleep guidelines recommended by health authorities to reduce the risk of Sudden Infant Death Syndrome (SIDS).
  • What is the minimum age for infants in your childcare program?
    We typically accept infants as young as 3 months old into our program. We are equipped to provide specialized care for your little one's unique needs.
  • How do you handle feeding, including breast milk and formula?
    We work closely with parents to ensure that your baby's feeding preferences and schedules are followed. We can accommodate feeding both breast milk and formula.
  • What symptoms or conditions warrant keeping my child home from daycare?
    We follow health guidelines and may recommend keeping your child home if they have a fever, vomiting, diarrhea, contagious illnesses, or symptoms that could indicate a potentially infectious condition.
  • Do you require a doctor's note for a sick child's return?
    In some cases, we may request a doctor's note to ensure that a child is no longer contagious and can safely return to childcare. This helps protect the health of all children in our care.
  • What steps do you take to prevent the spread of illness within the childcare setting?
    We implement rigorous hygiene practices, including frequent hand washing, sanitizing surfaces and toys, and following proper diapering and food handling procedures to reduce the risk of illness transmission.
  • Do you have a nut policy in your childcare program?
    Yes, we have a nut policy in place to protect children with nut allergies. This policy helps create a safe and inclusive environment.
  • How do you handle a child who becomes ill while at daycare?
    If a child becomes ill while at daycare, we will isolate them from other children, provide comfort, and notify parents immediately for pick up. We follow strict sanitation protocols to minimize the spread of illnesses.
