Specials of the Day: Fruits and Vegetables

Today's food is special! We have been teaching the children about different kinds of food and their benefits to the mind and body!

  • Green Vegetables- contain high levels of fiber, iron, magnesium, potassium and calcium.

  • Fruits- are a good source of vitamins and minerals, recognized for their role in preventing vitamin C and vitamin A deficiencies.
